We were pretty much digging every day but also put up the walls and made some concrete for the floors. I actually left the day before we were going to put the floors down but I asked to have a picture of the house when it is finished. I have learned so much while being down here. I appreciate everything I have been given so much more. I was able to meet the family who is moving into the house, they were so grateful and really made it for me with all the hard work I put in.
On the weekends a group of us would all go out to different places. Costa Rica is so beautiful everywhere you look. There are many places to visit.
If you are looking for a service trip with a little bit of play, this is the trip for you. Stay in the dorms, everyone is amazing, making friends for life from all around the world.
